You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

3.3 Age Requirement

AI Flowchart Generator, including our AI models, website, and platform, remains our exclusive property.

6. Subscriptions and Payments

6.1 Plans

We offer Free, Pro, and Premium plans with different features and credit allocations.

6.2 Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice.

6.3 Credits

Credits are used to access generation and editing features. Subscription credits reset each billing cycle. Daily free credits reset every day.

6.4 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

7. Refund Policy

Digital purchases are generally final and non-refundable once credits or subscription access are delivered.

We review refund requests in limited cases such as:

• Duplicate charges: Full refund for accidental duplicate payments
• Payment errors: Charges caused by confirmed billing errors on our side

Refunds are NOT available for:

• Used subscription periods
• Partial months or unused time after access is granted
• Dissatisfaction with results (quality varies)
• Violation of our Terms of Service

8. Commercial Use

Free Plan: Intended for evaluation and light usage.

Pro/Premium Plans: Commercial use is permitted. You must have rights to all uploaded content.

9. AI Safety and Content Restrictions

We use AI safety controls and may refuse prompts or files that appear illegal, infringing, harmful, or NSFW. You may not use the Service to bypass these controls.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

AI Flowchart Generator is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• Specific results, quality, or accuracy of generated content
• That the Service will meet your specific requirements
• Specific processing or generation times

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AI Flowchart Generator and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Any content generated through the Service
• Unauthorized access to your account
