How do monthly credits and daily free credits work together?+
If you have a paid plan, your monthly subscription credits are used first. When they run out, your daily free credits are used next.
What counts as 1 credit?+
A standard text-to-flowchart generation uses 1 credit. Some heavier actions, such as image-based generation, can use more.
Do monthly credits roll over?+
No. Subscription credits reset each billing cycle and do not roll over to the next cycle.
What happens when I run out of monthly credits?+
You can keep using the product with your daily free credits. If you need more volume, upgrade to a higher plan.
Do failed generations use credits?+
They should not. If a generation fails and you think a credit was used by mistake, contact support with the session details.
What changes with annual billing?+
You get the same monthly credit allowance as the monthly plan, but you pay once per year at a lower effective monthly price.
Can I cancel or change my plan later?+
Yes. You can cancel anytime, and the change takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Scheduled plan changes start on your next renewal.
