• Reference images you upload (PNG/JPG/WEBP) for generation

We do not publish your prompts, diagrams, or uploaded images publicly by default.

2.3 Payment Information

Payment processing is handled by our payment provider (Creem). We do not store your full credit card details. We only receive:

• Transaction confirmation
• Subscription status
• Last 4 digits of card (for display purposes)

2.4 Usage Data

We automatically collect:

• Browser type and version

• IP address (anonymized)
• Pages visited and features used
• Usage history and timestamps

4.1 Guest Mode

If you are not logged in, your recent flowchart session state is stored in your own browser storage. You can clear it by clearing browser data.

4.2 Logged-in Accounts

If you are logged in, your flowchart sessions and messages are stored in your account database so you can access them across refreshes and devices.

This data is retained until you delete it, close your account, or we need to keep certain records for legal, security, or fraud-prevention reasons.

4.3 Uploaded Images and AI Processing

Uploaded reference images are sent to the configured AI provider to generate output. We do not intentionally use your private uploaded images for public display.

Third-party processors may keep request logs temporarily under their own policies.

5. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data:

• SSL/TLS encryption for all data transmission
• Secure cloud storage with industry-leading providers
• Authentication via Supabase with secure session management
• Regular security audits and updates

However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

• Payment Processor: To handle transactions (Creem)
