AI Flowchart Generator provides AI-powered services using a credit-based system. Due to the nature of digital goods and the immediate availability of credits upon purchase, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds.

What We DO Provide

Automatic Credit Refund for Failed Generations

If generation fails due to system error, credits are automatically returned to your account

Duplicate Payment Refund

If you are charged multiple times for the same purchase, we will refund the duplicate charges

Subscription Cancellation

Cancel anytime. Access continues until the end of current billing period

What We DO NOT Refund

Purchased Credits

Credits are non-refundable once purchased, whether used or unused

Subscription Fees

No refunds for partial months or unused subscription time

Quality Dissatisfaction

AI results vary. We cannot guarantee specific outcomes
